Delete Your Account

In the app

Tap your profile icon on the My Teams screen, then tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@team-player.io from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We may reply to confirm the request is yours, and we will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

We delete your account, your name and email address, your team activity (availability, attendance, votes and awards), your favourites and your charges.

Things that belong to a team stay with it with your name removed, such as an event you created or a result you entered. If you are the only member of a team, the team is deleted too.

Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Children

A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child’s profile by emailing us as above. Deleting your own account also deletes the profile of any child you are the only guardian of, unless the child has their own account.
